Come home to yourself through embodied, mindful, and relational therapy.
If you’re here, you may sense that what’s needed now is something slower, deeper, more embodied
Life unfolds in messy, beautiful, unpredictable, and at times, immensely painful ways. As you move through it, there are times when you need skilled support in exploring your inner world—so you can meet this precious life with more aliveness and connection.
This is a space where your inner world is welcomed, a place where your experience is honoured and approached with care, curiosity, and compassion. Together, we can explore the deeper layers that are asking for attention, while gently inviting forward your inner wisdom and capacity to meet life with more ease and aliveness.
I welcome people who are curious about who they are beneath the layers of conditioning, coping, and survival. These ways of being have often served important purposes—keeping you safe, helping you manage, or making life feel possible in earlier times. And now, something deeper may be calling. A quiet sense that more is available. I support clients in gently turning toward that call—with curiosity, compassion, and care.

returning home to goodness
We all hold the wisdom we need inside our own hearts, minds and bodies already.
In our work together, I offer a blend of Hakomi Somatic Psychotherapy, Buddhist and Taoist wisdom, systems theory, and the neuroscience of healing and thriving, all woven together to support your healing and growth.
This combination creates an environment where everything is welcome—from moments of joy to the parts that have felt too painful to face alone. We slow down and cultivate soft mindful awareness, supporting you to explore what’s truly happening, in the present moment, within the many layers of your being.
Embracing our immediate embodied experience is one of the most profound commitments we can make. By fully engaging with the unfolding of our feeling body—right here and now, just as it is—we open ourselves to the unknown and a direct pathway to the love and freedom we all seek.
